Overview

As Director, Puget Sound Real Estate & Facilities, you will lead integrated facilities management (IFM) operations across Microsoft's largest and most complex campus portfolio, spanning owned and leased buildings, garages, labs, and shared amenity spaces in Redmond and the greater Puget Sound region.
You will own the day-to-day operational health of the portfolio - building services, maintenance and lifecycle replacement, engineering and critical environments, mail and logistics, and workplace readiness - delivered primarily through strategic third-party vendor partners. This is a people leadership role. You will lead a team of Microsoft employees and a large extended vendor organization, set clear performance standards, and build the bench strength and succession depth the portfolio requires.
You will bring strong financial acumen to a portfolio with a significant operating budget and a capital project pipeline in the hundreds of millions of dollars, driving disciplined forecasting, savings delivery, and transparent cost accountability.
