Overview
The Microsoft Communications team is transforming how communicators use artificial intelligence to understand audiences, create content, measure impact, and make decisions. The Communications AI Lab helps teams test new ideas, learn quickly, and turn the most useful experiments into practical capabilities that can be reused across the organization.
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Microsoft Communications team, you will build and scale AI-powered tools to enable communicators to experiment rapidly, learn from data, and turn proven concepts into everyday capabilities. You will collaborate closely with communicators, data and insights professionals, and engineering partners to transform well-scoped business problems into working solutions.
You will own features and projects from prototype through adoption, while working with technical partners across the organization when the work requires broader architecture or organizational alignment.
