Assistant Director of Nursing, Long Term Care

Position Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight of the PRI and MDS processes to maximize reimbursement and support financial sustainability
- Represent the Nursing Department on the LTC Safety Committee and coordinate employee safety initiatives
- Coordinate and oversee the LTC attendance procedure process
- Provide daily supervisory oversight of nursing staff and clinical operations
- Assume Nurse Manager responsibilities in the absence of another Nurse Manager
- Participate in the recruitment and interview process for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) candidates
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license
- Four (4) years of managerial experience and two (2) years of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities in a Long-Term Care setting
- Preferred: Prior experience at the Assistant Director of Nursing level
