Your Impact
The Senior Manager Audit has supervisory responsibility for the lead, senior and staff auditors who make up the audit scrum teams responsible for the execution of process, in-flight and compliance audits, as well as advisory reviews. These supervisory responsibilities include ensuring training and development needs for the leads, seniors and staff are met and that quality standards are maintained.
To accomplish this, the Audit Manager must be adept at learning new business processes and concepts, be confident leveraging data throughout the audit planning and execution lifecycle and be a self-starter to accelerate personal development and aid in the achievement of department objectives. In addition, the Audit Manager will work closely with senior business leadership to define the scope, assess the risk, and deliver the results of audits.
