Purpose of Role
The Director, Supply Chain Sales & Operations Planning and Execution (S&OP/E) leads the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of the enterprise planning and execution framework, ensuring inventory flow, network capacity, and operational readiness plans are aligned across strategic, tactical, and execution horizons.
This leader drives integration between mid- and long-range planning (S&OP) and short-term operational execution (S&OE), enabling effective decision-making, optimized inventory deployment, and responsiveness to changing business conditions. The Director partners across Supply Chain, Merchandising, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to translate strategic business objectives into executable supply chain plans that balance service levels, working capital, and operational efficiency.
