Your Impact
The Senior Marketing Manager of Loyalty Promotions is responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for loyalty 'member' promotions across the customer lifecycle. This role supports Loyalty and Customer Marketing (CM) by identifying high-impact opportunities to drive customer lifetime value (CLV), retention, and long-term engagement.
This leader will own the promotional roadmap, advance personalization capabilities in partnership with technology, and develop a best-in-class measurement framework to optimize promotional effectiveness. Additionally, this role will lead the strategy for Member Week and other marquee loyalty moments, ensuring clear value propositions that deepen member engagement and brand affinity.
