Your Impact
The Mgr-Quality Assurance Engineering leads a team of QA Engineers dedicated to ensuring the quality and performance of Lowe's Private Brands and select National Brands. This role provides strategic QA leadership across assigned product categories, overseeing workstreams for new item introductions and enforcing compliance with Lowe's QA testing programs through advanced technology frameworks and governance.
The Mgr-Quality Assurance Engineering partners closely with Global QA, Global Merchandising, internal testing teams, third-party labs, and vendor partners to deliver on Lowe's QA program requirements. In addition to driving supplier quality oversight and continuous improvement initiatives, this role serves as a subject matter expert, coaching team members and shaping best practices in QA engineering processes and product standards.
