Your Impact
The primary purpose of this role is to design and develop learning programs for all Field roles (Lowe's stores, supply chain and distribution centers, merchandising and contact centers) as well as Store Support Center (SSC) merchants. The Director of Field Associate Learning collaborates with business and HR leadership to identify talent development needs, priorities and necessary outcomes to directly impact rapidly evolving business priorities and objectives.
It is pivotal that this role is able to quickly recognize where the gaps and development needs lie so they may provide the appropriate learning solutions enabling the associates to succeed. This role is responsible for the development and leadership of a team of learning professionals. Manages development and integration of human resource learning programs and field employees to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.
