Within the IS&T organization's SAP Development Team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting essential enterprise applications and constructing the technical backbone that drives Apple’s core functions—including Sales, Retail, Services, Finance and Operations—serving our Business, Partners, and Consumers.
We are on the lookout for an experienced SAP Java Development Support Engineer for developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining business applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in improving system reliability and security through influential design contributions.
Description
Apple has large and multifaceted enterprise systems. These systems are at the core of our ability to support the challenging business needs and are essential to the day-to‐day operations at Apple. SAP Development Global Support team is responsible for the upkeep of multiple applications on SAP platform.
Job responsibilities include, monitoring support quality, ensuring process adherence, identifying technical improvement areas for teams and/or individuals for effective support, identifying automation opportunities and implementing such efforts.
