Our Business Operations team is the connective tissue that keeps PACE operating effectively, driving planning, budgeting, tooling, and cross-functional coordination across a highly complex and fast-moving portfolio.
PACE Business Operations is seeking an experienced Business Operations Program Manager to contribute across the full breadth of BizOps functions. This role partners closely with engineering, finance, supply chain, PACE and Operations leadership to ensure that resource planning, budget management, roadmap execution, and operational systems are running smoothly and scaling with the organization's needs.
