We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a portfolio of marketing technology platforms that power Apple's Worldwide Marketing operations. This role is execution-focused: leading teams of engineers and engineering managers to build, optimize, and modernize business platforms that directly support Worldwide Marketing and a growing portfolio of Gen AI initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines deep data engineering expertise, solid software engineering fundamentals, strong people leadership, and a genuine passion for applying AI to transform how businesses operate.
Description
In this role, you will lead teams that design and operate foundational data and marketing technology platforms, partner closely with business stakeholders, and translate complex business needs into trusted systems used across the company. This position requires a strong technical foundation, deep people leadership experience, and domain understanding of marketing campaign management and analytics.
