The Core Network Services Operations team keeps Apple’s world-class MPLS backbone network running smoothly and efficiently. We are a global community of engineers who operate the diverse technology, protocol, and vendor stack that interconnects all facets of Apple’s network at a scale that is second to none. We’re seeking an enthusiastic and passionate person to join a dynamic and exciting team within Apple’s Global Networking Services.

You will be skilled in cross-organizational collaboration, liaising with our internal teams and external service providers to operate and maintain the network infrastructure. In addition, you will be expected to develop and maintain clear documentation and procedures associated with operations and known issues. This position provides the opportunity to operate a cutting-edge, worldwide, multi-vendor network.
