Description
We're looking for a senior Organizational Program Manager to drive efficiency, build scalable processes, and partner with engineering leadership across a large engineering organization.
You'll own complex programs end-to-end, bring data-driven insight to leadership decisions, and develop repeatable solutions that scale. You'll advise senior leaders on organizational strategy, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive the programs shaping the culture of the organization you support.
