You will play a meaningful role within the Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) team leading the definition, development and deployment of technical solutions across Apple’s Operations, Retail, AppleCare, and other critical functions. This person would work cross-functionally with global functional, technical teams to ensure Apple is deploying solutions that meet our regulatory requirements, while integrating business requirements with future systems architecture, business impact assessments, and future operating models.
