The Business Technology Solutions (BTS) team is looking for a versatile Product Owner and Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to help build and scale reusable core platform components. In this role, you'll be the linchpin between business strategy and engineering execution — acting as the primary product owner to define the vision, stepping in as an EPM to drive execution, and leveraging strong systems-analysis skills to map complex cross-functional integrations.
Description
As a Product Owner / EPM on the BTS team, you will drive the strategy and delivery of foundational platform substrates that power our operational systems — you won't just hand off requirements, you'll own the outcome. You'll start by deeply understanding business-partner needs, conducting workflow analyses, and defining what we build, then transition into execution — working hand-in-hand with engineering leads to sequence work, mitigate technical risks, and manage the delivery pipeline.
