DH Pace Company, Inc., is hiring for a Project Manager in our National Accounts Facilities department! This role is located on-site at our corporate headquarters in Olathe, KS! Successful Project Managers ensure construction project objectives are met by specified dates and within budget by partnering with general contractors and managing submittals, plans, and specifications.
We are seeking candidates who have a Construction Management degree with at least three (3) years of work experience as a Construction Project Engineer or Construction Assistant Project Manager for a construction company, sub-contractor, or Owners Representative.
Job Responsibilities:
Review construction project plans and specifications to determine materials needed, ordering materials, operate within customer specified budget parameters, and working with outside vendors to coordinate schedules and installs
