People Administrator - 20 hours per week

The Role

To provide administrative and coordination support to the People team and wider business.

The People Administrator will be responsible for supporting employee onboarding, coordinating equipment and PPE, maintaining accurate records and assisting with the day-to-day running of the Support Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all required documentation and arrangements are completed before their start date.
• Organise and support Welcome Days for new starters.
• Arrange PPE, uniforms, IT equipment and other items required by employees working on site.
• Coordinate the distribution and return of company equipment.
• Maintain accurate employee records, onboarding documents and compliance i nformation.
• Prepare employee correspondence and other People documentation as required.
• Track visa and work permit expiry dates, monitor employees’ Schengen travel days and provide administrative support with international compliance requirements.
• Respond to general enquiries from employees and provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Assist with the organisation of company events, meetings and team activities.
• P rovide general administrative support to the People team and wider business.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling personal and sensitive information.
• Undertake any other duties appropriate to the level and responsibilities of the role.
