As Facilities Manager (m/f/d) at Flix, you can make an impact by taking full ownership of our Munich Headquarters Office
(very close to Hirschgarten S-bahn) - ensuring it runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard for everyone who works here.
In this role, you will lead day-to-day facility operations, manage a small team, and oversee a broad portfolio of services spanning maintenance, vendor management, sustainability reporting, and office infrastructure.
You will be the go-to person for keeping our HQ functional, compliant, and future-ready - collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across IT, Finance, HR, Legal, and Procurement, as well as external service partners and building landlords.
About the Role
Lead day-to-day facilities operations across the Munich HQ, coordinating maintenance, building services, security, parking, mail, and office services in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner
Manage and develop a small facilities team of 2–3, alongside contracted maintenance providers - overseeing work order prioritization, quality control, and service contract performance
