Head of Assurance and Testing, SVP
Position Summary
The Senior Vice President (SVP), Head of Assurance and Testing is responsible for defining the strategy, roadmap, execution, governance, and continuous enhancement of an enterprise Assurance and Controls Testing Center of Expertise (COE). The role will build the capability from an organic startup and progressively onboard business controls suites through a modular intake model.
They will position the COE, initially In first line of defense, but ultimately to serve all State Street through consistent, scalable, risk-based, and technology-enabled assurance where it makes sense.
The SVP, reports to EVP Head Of Business Controls and Enterprise Resiliency and serves as a key partner to first line Business Risk Management Executives (BRMEs), business leaders, Second Line Risk and Compliance functions, Corporate Audit, and technology partners.
The role holder will look to continually improve standardized testing methodologies, strengthen quality assurance and quality control, define the service and operating model, develop talent and location strategies, and advance automated controls testing, continuous monitoring, and AI-enabled assurance capabilities.
Compensation
$225 000 - $337 500 Annual
