Account Executive
, you will join a high-performing team laser-focused on taking over the market, building a world-class company, and solving the complex international expansion needs of thousands of employers.
In this full-cycle outbound role, you will lead the charge in driving new logo acquisition across the AMER region. We are looking for relentless hunters who excel at multi-threaded deal execution, master modern prospecting frameworks, and leverage cutting-edge AI tools to maximize their impact. What you'll do:
- Targeted Outbound Prospecting: Execute a sophisticated multi-channel prospecting motion (phone, email, social selling, video, etc.) to build a robust, high-quality pipeline across target AMER accounts.
- Multi-Threaded Engagement: Build strategic relationships across prospect organizations—from key operational champions up to economic buyers and C-level executives—aligning our solutions with their top-level business initiatives.
- Deliver the G-P Value Proposition: Act as a domain expert on global hiring, articulating the strategic, financial, and operational benefits of G-P as the premier global Employer of Record (EoR) provider.
- Full-Cycle Deal Execution: Lead complex sales cycles from initial cold outreach to discovery, solution mapping, commercial proposal generation, objection handling, and deal closure against monthly targets.
- Rigorously Manage Pipeline: Maintain meticulous pipeline hygiene across all prospect stages, ensuring accurate forecasting and high-quality data management within Salesforce.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner closely with internal teams—including Sales Engineering, Legal, Marketing, Operations and Customer Success—to align resources, navigate complex deal requirements, and drive revenue.
- Leverage AI for Maximum Impact: Intentionally integrate modern generative AI and sales tech tools into your daily workflow to research accounts, personalize outreach, automate workflows, and increase sales velocity.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, International Relations, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years of proven success in a full-cycle, outbound-focused B2B sales role with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
- Outbound Mastery: Demonstrated ownership of an end-to-end multi-channel prospecting motion, with advanced skills in cold outreach and C-suite engagement.
- Sales Methodologies: High competency and structured application of modern sales methodologies (e.g., Command of the Message, MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler, SPIN).
- Tech Stack & AI Proficiency: Strong proficiency with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Hands-on experience leveraging modern Generative AI tools to enhance prospecting efficiency and workflow productivity.
- Domain Experience: Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles, commercial negotiation, and complex buyer dynamics.
- High-Impact Communicator: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to command attention, articulate complex value, and build immediate trust over video and phone.
- Core Mindset & Drive: A strong desire to win, high coachability, a relentless growth mindset, and an authentic curiosity for solving complex customer problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Domain Expertise: Prior experience selling within the HR Tech, Employer of Record (EoR), global payroll, or workforce management ecosystem.
- Sales Intelligence Tools: Familiarity with modern revenue intelligence and tech stack tools (e.g., Gong, Clari, Cognism, Outreach).

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $68,000 - $85,000 plus variable compensation.
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest records, conviction records, or other criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of any applicable state and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, and the New York City Fair Chance Act.
Our ranges are established using objective market benchmarking data for this level of work. Final placement within the range is determined by gender-neutral criteria, including the candidate's relevant skills, experience, and specific qualifications for the role.
Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows:
- Sales Roles: This position is eligible for a commission structure in addition to base salary.
- Non-Sales Roles: This position is eligible for an annual bonus which is paid dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
