We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team. This role serves as a key business partner, supporting leaders and employees across multiple HR disciplines while helping drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with management on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, and compensation recommendations.
- Provide guidance on employment law compliance, investigations, policy interpretation, and employee relations matters.
- Administer and support compensation, benefits, performance review, and talent management programs.
- Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and company-wide employee communications.
- Support onboarding, orientation, employee engagement, and training and development initiatives.
- Maintain and optimize HR systems, reporting, and data integrity.
- Provide guidance related to employment-based immigration and international business activities.
- Support multiple facilities and collaborate on global and cross-functional HR projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience across multiple HR disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Manufacturing or automotive industry experience preferred.
