About the Role

We're actively seeking passionate Musical Theatre Instructors to lead this program in Miami, FL:

📍 Location: Miami, FL

Program Dates: September through December 15, 2026, with classes held on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

• Tuesdays | 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM
• Grades: 1st–5th
• Program Dates: August 25; September 1, 8, 15, 22, 29; October 6, 13, 20, 27; November 3, 10, 17; December 1, 8, 15
• Thursdays | 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM
• Grades: Pre-K–K
• Program Dates: August 20, 27; September 3, 10, 17, 24; October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29; November 5, 12, 19; December 3, 10

Compensation: $50 p/hr.

In this role, you will:

• Lead engaging and age-appropriate Musical Theatre activities for students
• Introduce students to acting, movement, music, performance, and theatrical expression
• Create a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment that encourages creativity and confidence
• Supervise students and ensure their safety and well-being at all times
• Facilitate positive social interactions and encourage teamwork
• Effectively manage student behavior using positive reinforcement
• Maintain accurate attendance and incident records
• Prepare and organize activity materials, keeping spaces clean and safe

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training
