JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Summary
Provides operational and clinical leadership for assigned outpatient services to ensure timely access, high-quality evidence-based care, strong client experience, and achievement of service, workforce, quality, productivity, and financial performance expectations. Partners with the Director of Outpatient and Access and other leaders to develop, implement, evaluate, and continuously improve outpatient services.
Oversees outpatient supervisors and teams, supports workforce development and clinical quality, and strengthens coordination across Centerstone programs and community partners.
