JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Summary:
The Senior Director, Client Financial Services is responsible for end-to-end revenue cycle management, operational performance, data integrity, and financial outcomes of Client Financial Services within an assigned Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform. This role ensures revenue cycle data is accurate, reliable, and suitable for accounting, month-end close, forecasting, audits, and state and regulatory reporting.
The Senior Director executes enterprise revenue cycle strategy and standards established by the Vice President, Client Financial Services, while maintaining direct accountability for EHR-specific performance, cash flow predictability, and early identification of financial risk.
