Job Description
Serves as the Product Owner for Salesforce CRM capabilities, with primary responsibility for Experienced Advisor Recruiting (EAR) and support for additional business lines across the CRM platform. Partners with business line leaders and Technology teams to define, prioritize, and deliver enhancements across Salesforce and related platform integrations. Responsible for translating business needs into requirements and user stories, driving execution through the development lifecycle, and developing and managing a product roadmap.
