From Inpay's posting. “We” and “our” refer to the employer.
The Head of Financial Crime Prevention sits within Framm, the dedicated service organisation within Inpay Holding that delivers KYC and AML operations to Inpay A/S, the regulated, licensed entity where Compliance and the MLRO are seated. The role is responsible for leading, stabilising and elevating Framm's KYC and AML delivery - owning the day-to-day people leadership of a 10-person team, and ensuring the function operates with clear priorities, strong execution discipline and appropriate governance against Inpay A/S's regulatory
obligations and commercial needs.
As a member of extended leadership team, the Head of Financial Crime Prevention represents the function in cross-organisational forums with Inpay A/S and contributes to broader business planning, without holding executive authority. The role reports directly to the Managing Director.
The role is critical to strengthening operational performance, reducing backlog, improving transparency, and driving KYC & AML service delivery towards a sustainable, scalable operating model as Framm moves into a phase of operational excellence.
We are looking for a strong operational people leader who can combine structure, execution and genuine team leadership in a complex, high-pressure, regulated service-delivery environment.
Has solid experience leading people in operations, processes or business-critical teams — not just managing casework
Has direct experience leading or senior experience within KYC and/or AML functions in fintech, payments, banking or crypto, particularly with complex corporate clients
Has experience operating within an outsourced, intra-group or shared-service delivery model against a regulated client, ideally with exposure to service agreements/SLAs and client oversight processes
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and practical application of CDD/ODD/EDD/EDR and AML controls (transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, escalation/SAR-adjacent processes)
You will be working in the dedicated service organisation delivering KYC and AML operations to Inpay A/S, the Copenhagen-based, Finanstilsynet-regulated EMI where Compliance and the MLRO are seated. This role sits at the heart of that relationship — and of several of our shared values:
Customer first
— every KYC/AML decision balances protecting Inpay A/S with not creating unnecessary friction for real customers.
Raise the bar
— this role exists to move service delivery from firefighting to a standard of excellence.
Accountability
— clear ownership of outcomes on Framm's side, and clear delivery against what Inpay A/S needs, with no excuses.
Fearless innovation
— improving workflows and the operating model within regulatory boundaries, not around them.
Action
— when there's a bottleneck, this role finds the way through it.
From flexible working hours to social events, professional development, and health insurance, we strive to offer one of the best working environments around.
