Job Summary
We are seeking an agile, detail-oriented HR Generalist with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience to support our workforce across the United States and Canada. In this 100% on-site role based in Arlington, VA, you will manage day-to-day HR operations, ensure regional compliance, and act as our Workday Super-User. You will serve as the highly visible, go-to partner for local employees and managers, handling everything from walk-in inquiries and onboarding to cross-border benefits administration and system data integrity.
Key Responsibilities: Workday & HRIS Management
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate employee records in Workday, including hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
- Process Optimization: Initiate, track, and approve business processes within Workday.
- Reporting: Generate standard and custom Workday reports to support HR metrics, compliance, and leadership decisions.
