Radiance Technologies is seeking a highly qualified Division Manager to lead its Space Technologies Division in support of United States Army Space and Missile Defense Command-Technical Center (USASMDC-TC) located at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing a multidisciplinary team providing Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support across science & technology, modernization, rapid prototyping, cybersecurity, security management, and program operations.
As the Army continues to prioritize modernization and rapid capability fielding, the Division Manager will play a critical role in advancing innovative solutions that accelerate prototype development, integrate Soldier feedback, and transition emerging technologies to support the Warfighter. The successful candidate will lead a diverse workforce while maintaining strong customer relationships, driving operational excellence, and ensuring high-quality support aligned with mission objectives.
