Requirements

• Education and Position Requirements: Physical Therapy degree.
• Physical Therapist licensed in the state of Michigan.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Current working knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of home care experience highly preferred.
