Agile Solutions Manager at The Boeing Company | LAYIQ

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
Experience leading large-scale Agile standardization efforts across multiple teams or program segments
Experience facilitating Agile planning events, sprint activities, and cross-functional coordination
Ability to establish and manage partnerships across organizational levels
Ability to manage competing priorities and drive alignment in a dynamic environment
Demonstrated ability to influence others and build commitment to shared objectives
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with quarterly PI planning in an Agile environment
Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or hybrid Agile models
Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar collaboration tools
Strong understanding of metrics, delivery flow, execution reporting, and continuous improvement methods
Experience supporting large-scale, cross-functional programs
Demonstrated ability to support organizational learning, training, and Agile adoption
Travel: 10%
