Manager, Federal Government and Industry Relations
The Manager of Federal Government and Industry Relations reports to the Senior Director of Federal Government and Industry Relations and supports the execution of Land O’Lakes’ policy and engagement strategy at the federal level; helps develop and coordinate legislative priorities and strategic engagement plans; assists in planning and supporting meetings and events that elevate the company’s policy voice; prepares materials and briefings for corporate and business unit leadership on policy developments; builds and maintains
productive relationships with elected officials, policy staff, Land O’Lakes leadership and members, and the broader business community; and collaborates with corporate and business unit partners to support messaging and strategies that advance key policy priorities and enhance awareness of our brands.
