Role Overview

We're opening a new office at Station Park in Farmington, UT, and we're looking for an Office Coordinator to be the on-site point person. This person will manage day-to-day office operations, welcome team members and visitors, and help plan and execute company events and offsites. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a busy environment and also remain productive during quiet periods in the office. This is a great fit for someone who's organized, personable, and likes being the go-to person who keeps things running.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and let coworkers and visitors into the office; manage building/badge access as needed
• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day office needs
• Order and maintain office supplies, snacks, and equipment
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages
• Help plan corporate offsites and events: research and book hotels, flights, and venues; build agendas; coordinate logistics with attendees
• Order and manage company swag/merch, including inventory and distribution
• Assist with social media posts
• Coordinate with building management/landlord on facilities issues
• Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting prep as needed
• Help organize internal events (team lunches, happy hours, holiday parties)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
• Other administrative and ad hoc projects as needed
• Required Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, or hospitality role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and vendors at once
• Friendly, professional demeanor. This person is often the first face people see
• Proficient in Google Workspace
