The Director of Sales is responsible for achieving regional sales objectives by leading and managing a team of Area Sales Managers across multiple markets, as well as overseeing the Managers of Client Success to ensure the delivery of best-in-class client experiences where no client is left behind. This role focuses on driving top-line growth through strategic oversight, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and leveraging Millennium's resources to exceed expectations at a regional level.
By developing and executing a comprehensive yearly regional sales plan and budget aligned with the company’s growth objectives, the Director fosters a collaborative and results-driven environment among their leadership team.
