Administrative Assistant

Position Summary

This role supports managers and staff with day-to-day office needs and helps ensure a positive experience for everyone who calls or walks through our doors.

Position Details:

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with on call weekend and holiday rotation

Pay Range: $17-$21/hr

What You'll Do

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Write and distribute emails, correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
• Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports
• Maintain organized filing systems
• Order and track office supplies
• Maintain and update contact lists
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external clients
• Provide general administrative support wherever needed

What You'll Need

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience: At least one year of administrative experience preferred.

• Skills & Abilities
• Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of standard office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.)
• Strong oral communication, data entry, and general office skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently
• Sound judgment in maintaining confidentiality of client records and information
• Professional communication style and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Candidates must pass a satisfactory post-offer medical review, criminal background check, and drug screening, and must provide proof of auto insurance meeting the state's minimum requirements.
