About the job
As a Business Intelligence Analyst within the Operational Excellence Analytics team, you will serve as a Strategic Advisor and Lead Analyst for the Compute Trust and Safety (T&S) organization. You will take ownership of our executive reporting and operational insights, handling ambiguous, high-visibility, and high-urgency analytical requests. Your work will directly impact our operations by identifying and sizing operational improvement opportunities, developing scenario plans, and establishing robust performance metrics.
You are expected to operate with minimal guidance, leveraging a full spectrum of problem solving skills—from descriptive and diagnostic to predictive and prescriptive. Beyond technical execution, you will advocate data-driven decision-making by crafting compelling narratives and influencing trust and safety leadership across cross-functional domains.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
