YouTube Youth Responsible Monetization Lead

In this role, you are central to ensuring a vibrant high quality creator ecosystem for our youth audiences while maintaining our safety and quality principles. You will help us navigate and innovate within an ever-changing global regulatory landscape, turning complex safety challenges into opportunities to protect and inspire the next generation. You will work closely with our partners across the monetization ecosystem to develop new safety and quality standards while identifying and developing business generation opportunities.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $163000 - $236000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy, and roadmap and drive execution of opportunities to compensate high quality youth creators maintaining high standards of safety and responsibility.
• Serve as a domain expert for youth monetization across YouTube, working to forge alignment between collaborators in Product, Engineering, User experience researchers (UXRs), Partnerships, Marketing, Government Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP) and Legal.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in product management.
• 1 year of experience taking consumer products from conception to launch.
