About the job
As the Director of Learning Technology your primary purpose is to drive/deliver/execute the delivery of our new learning platform and lab experience for internal sales, technical training and externally (partner, customer and developer training), while maintaining our current platform. You will be recognized as an expert in engineering discipline and lead multiple teams spanning 40+ employees.
You will direct reports and multiple engineering teams globally and contribute to the long-term direction and strategy sales enablement, certification, customer training, labs and support other stakeholders. In addition, you will manage senior managers, managers and technical program managers and be fully accountable for strategic direction, staff, cost, methods, performance, and our technical platform.
