As a Data Center People Consultant (DCPC), this role serves as a strategic HR advisor to the leaders and teams powering Google’s global infrastructure. The team drives measurable impact by delivering dynamic HR consultations across a variety of HR topics aligned to the POps’ Menu of Services along with delivering targeted HR solutions aligned to the broader Data Center strategy.
