About the job
As a Trust and Safety Analyst focused on developer experience programs and ecosystem success, you will play a pivotal role in enabling developers to build, publish, and scale safe applications across the broader ecosystem. You will act as the subject matter expert and specialist for Android developer verification and ecosystem programs such as registered app stores.
You will act as a crucial bridge between policy developer success and program execution, identifying friction points, refining standard operating procedures, and ensuring high standards for safety while maintaining a positive developer experience.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $116000 - $166000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Drive customer-facing initiatives for program operations.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ecosystem programs requirements and procedures.
- Handle escalations and complex cases from developers and cross-functional teams.
- Support an AI-first operation by providing critical human judgment and expertise.
- Manage operations in coordination with support teams.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
