As an Opto-Mechanical Module Quality Lead, you will own the strategic direction and execution of quality initiatives across the product life-cycle for the modules in XR Glasses, like Display Sub-systems, Camera Modules etc. You will drive Quality and Excellence (Q&E) improvements for the opto-mechanical modules in XR Glasses, shaping long-term strategy, and influencing stakeholders both internally and externally. This role requires technical expertise in opto-mechanical module quality and cross-functional leadership.
You will lead a team of quality engineers and collaborate extensively with cross-functional partners in Development (XR Hardware Engineering, Software), Manufacturing and Operations to embed quality into the opto-mechanical module life-cycle for Glasses. In this role, you will manage customer and supplier/partner interactions to drive proactive, exceptional quality.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $236000 - $329000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
