The Global Incentives team drives our commercial strategy by designing and incubating programs (e.g., Video Incentive Program, Media Trials Program, Media Readiness Program) that yield business results for our partners and customers. Within YouTube Ads GTM, our mission is to build global incentives—along with the tools, systems, workflows, and communications—that allow our commercial plays to scale with speed and precision.
As the Commercial Strategy Lead for Google Marketing Platform (GMP), you will sit at the intersection of product, finance, engineering, and sales, acting as the primary incubator for the next generation of platform incentives. You will possess the rare ability to translate complex product or regional nuances into a clear goal, ensuring our global initiatives are as precise as they are ambitious, while making the tough calls necessary to keep resources focused on the highest-priority opportunities.
