Behind everything our users and Cloud customers see online is the infrastructure built by Data Center Investments and Development (DCID) within Google. Within DCID, the Data Center Market Development (DCMD) organization leverages market analysis, public policy, partnerships, and economic development expertise to deliver data center capacity.
The Economic Development team strategically structures incentives and community agreements to ensure Google's infrastructure investments are economically viable, resilient, and mutually beneficial.
As a Strategic Negotiator on the Economic Development team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and scaling Google’s global technical infrastructure. Our team secures the statutory incentives, tax agreements, and community partnerships required to develop and operate sustainable data centers globally.
