- ## About the Position
- We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Colorado team in a part-time, hourly position.
Our program uses a parent-led, team-based ABA model that places caregivers at the center of treatment while also utilizing Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support implementation, modeling, and skill development.
In our model, the BCBA partners with caregivers to identify meaningful goals, understand behavior, develop practical strategies, and build caregiver confidence in using those strategies during everyday routines.
RBTs work directly with children and families to model strategies, provide opportunities for practice, support skill acquisition, and help caregivers carry treatment strategies into daily life.
