As Technical Producers at Riot, we lead passionate technical teams to create products and experiences that deliver maximum developer and player value. We guide development, clear blockers, and push projects across the finish line while ensuring that our teams are sustainable and have a collaborative environment.
As a Technical Producer III on the Core Tech team, you will lead a complex technical team and projects that deliver the tools and engine capabilities used to develop Teamfight Tactics. You will own strong delivery processes within the team and ensure that collaboration with external teams runs smoothly. You will oversee product roadmaps, delivery, work systems, and execution, while providing initiative leadership with visibility into complex deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
You will also ensure that the team works at a sustainable pace and continuously improves.
You will report to the Initiative Delivery Lead for the Core Tech initiative on TFT.
