OneSource is seeking an experienced business development leader to spearhead new client acquisition across France, Belgium, and French-speaking Switzerland.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role for a proven sales professional who thrives on opening doors, creating opportunities, and winning new business. You will be responsible for developing a pipeline from the ground up, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and leading complex commercial engagements through to successful close.

What You'll Do

• Drive New Client Acquisition
• Build and manage a pipeline of net-new pharmaceutical and life sciences prospects across the territory.
• Identify, engage, and develop relationships with prospective clients through strategic outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Qualify opportunities and drive them through the sales cycle from initial engagement to signed agreement.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within CRM systems.
• Execute Territory Growth Strategy
• Develop and implement a territory growth plan for France, Belgium, and French-speaking Switzerland.
• Identify priority market segments, target organizations, and strategic entry points.
• Stay informed on market, regulatory, procurement, and competitive trends to strengthen commercial positioning.
• Represent OneSource at industry conferences, events, and professional associations.
• Lead Complex Commercial Engagements
• Own the full sales process from qualification and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Partner with solutions, delivery, operations, and pricing teams to create compelling client solutions.
• Balance commercial objectives with delivery feasibility and long-term client value.
• Ensure a seamless transition of new clients to implementation and account management teams.
• Build Executive-Level Relationships
• Engage senior stakeholders across procurement, manufacturing, quality, operations, and executive leadership functions.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships throughout the buying journey.
• Effectively communicate OneSource's value proposition and differentiate solutions in a competitive market.

What You'll Bring

• Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of business development or new-business sales experience within pharmaceutical, life sciences, scientific services, CRO, CDMO, laboratory services, or related sectors.
• Demonstrated success building pipeline from scratch and winning new client relationships.
• Experience leading and closing complex, multi-service, multi-million-dollar commercial engagements.
• Fluent French and English, with the ability to conduct business negotiations and presentations in both languages.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to engage credibly with senior-level stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the territory.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in business, life sciences, or a related field.
• Established network within pharmaceutical or life sciences organizations across the target markets.
• Experience selling outsourced services, operational solutions, or technical consulting engagements.
