JOB SUMMARY
The Business Analyst, Strategic Sourcing provides analytical, reporting, and project coordination support that enables the Strategic Sourcing team to make informed purchasing decisions and conduct effective supplier negotiations. This individual contributor develops reporting and presentations for department and executive leadership, supports competitive sourcing processes through documentation and supplier evaluation tools, and applies artificial intelligence tools to improve sourcing workflows.
The role supports contract documentation, vendor and market research, and negotiations while serving as the process owner for IT purchase orders. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Sourcing, this role works closely with sourcing category leads and cross-functional stakeholders to support efficient, accurate, and consistent sourcing processes.
