Senior Associate Wind Technician / Assistant Facility Manager - Bitter Ridge at Scout Clean Energy | LAYIQ

Certification in a relevant field or comparable work experience.
Minimum of three years of experience in operations and maintenance of a wind energy facility, preferably GE 2.X Series Wind Turbines.
Minimum of three years of experience supervising direct reports or contractors.
Good quantitative analytical skills and demonstrated proficiency in Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Comfortable working at heights and the ability to perform essential physical functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation; this includes climbing 300' wind turbines, lifting 50 lbs. above your head, and meeting the weight requirement of safety gear, 310 lbs. or less.
Occasional travel is required.
Preferred: Good general knowledge of substation, and medium voltage equipment.
Preferred: Experience and/or certifications with GE 2.X Series Wind Turbines

Timeline and Location
Scout aims to fill this role as soon as possible, with a proposed start date at the end of October 2026.
Our ideal candidate lives within 45 minutes from Redkey, IN, or is willing to relocate here; onsite presence is required.
