SUMMARY: The Changeover Supervisor assists in the supervision of the part-time changeover operations team during setup, breakdowns, and changes for events and ensures that changeovers are completed safely, in the configuration needed for each event, and in a timely, thorough manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Physically perform and assist with event setups, changeovers and daily operations tasks
- Act on all relevant information from Operations Manager and Changeover Manager for event setups and changeovers
- Train new part-time operations department employees and participate in the interview process as needed
