Bartender

The Bartender creates a welcoming, engaging social atmosphere. You will mix and serve beverages, host community events, and ensure responsible alcohol service. This role requires balancing standard hospitality with a deep understanding of residents' specific dietary needs and cognitive care plans. The Bartender’s function of this role is to operate the community pub, lounge, or dining venue. You are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to residents, their families, and guests.
Beyond mixology, you will act as a central figure in the social life of the community, fostering joy and building lasting relationships.
