Partner Success Manager

The Candidate:

The ideal Partner Success Manager has experience in digital marketing, advocacy, or client services and enjoys helping partners get the most out of their technology. You’ll serve as a trusted resource for partners, providing strategic recommendations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they have the tools and support needed to run successful advocacy campaigns.

This role offers the opportunity for a hybrid on-site schedule or remote work.

Your day in this position may include:

• Developing engagement strategies that help partners effectively use Speak4 and maximize the impact of their advocacy programs.
• Managing partner support requests, including campaign implementation, platform questions, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Creating product updates, implementation guides, and other resources to help partners utilize new platform capabilities.
• Partnering with Sales to onboard new partners and ensure seamless campaign setup and implementation.
• Collaborating with Marketing to develop and improve product, onboarding, and implementation materials based on partner needs.
• Serving as an internal advocate for partners by identifying recurring needs, communicating feedback, and helping improve the overall partner experience.
• Supporting additional team priorities as needed in a collaborative, start-up environment.

What we require:

At least two years of experience in a customer success, client services, customer support, or similar partner-facing role.

At least one year of experience in digital marketing, politics, advocacy, public affairs, or a related field.

Strong computer literacy and experience with Microsoft and Google products.

Familiarity with HubSpot or a comparable CRM, Asana or a similar project management platform, and Slack.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
